This is a unique service where Aja Moon Consulting, LLC becomes a creative partner in a non-profit's fundraising efforts. Live painting at your event transforms a passive space into an engaging, interactive experience, while the finished piece becomes a powerful symbol of your mission. The donated art not only elevates your auction but also serves as a lasting reminder of the community's support and connection. Our facilitation fee covers the full creative process and your consultation, ensuring a seamless and high-impact partnership.
Cancellation Policy
Aja Moon Consulting, LLC: Booking & Cancellation Policy This policy outlines the terms for booking and managing your rendered services with Aja Moon Consulting, LLC. By signing our service agreement, the client agrees to the following terms. 1. Booking & Deposits: Non-refundable Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required upon contract signing. The project will not be scheduled until this deposit is received. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the service fee is due upon completion of the service, or within 7 days of the final invoice date, whichever comes first. 2. Cancellations: Client Cancellations: In the event of a client cancellation, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained by Aja Moon Consulting, LLC. If the client cancels the service within 7 days of the scheduled date, the full service fee will be due. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disaster, illness), we will work together to reschedule the service at a mutually agreed-upon time. 3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling by Client: If the client needs to reschedule a service, they must provide at least 7 days' notice. We will work together to find a new date within 30 days of the original booking. Rescheduling by Aja Moon Consulting: In the rare event that Aja Moon needs to reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with the client to find a new, mutually agreeable date. 4. Late Payments: Late Fee: Invoices that are not paid within 15 days of the due date will be subject to a late fee of 5% of the total outstanding balance, charged monthly.
